Want to make a meaningful difference to the lives of others through education? Our MSc Psychology of Education is a psychology conversion master's built to help you do exactly that. Whether you're looking for the confidence to change direction, or the knowledge to strengthen your current practice, this 100% online degree can support you to take that next step. Better education starts with understanding how people think, develop and participate in learning across classroom, family, and whole educational settings. You’ll study the core areas of psychology, including cognitive, biological, developmental, social and personality psychology, alongside specialist study of how attention, memory, motivation, language, identity and relationships shape learning. Explore why learners have different strengths and needs, and how neurodiversity, family, culture and educational systems affect participation and belonging. Built as an online degree from day one, the programme is designed to fit around your work, home and life. Start any month from October 2026 and graduate in as little as 1 year. Study full or part-time, with a guided weekly structure and support when you need it.

Getting in

As the university states it

A UK honours degree at 2:2 or above (or equivalent international qualification) in a subject other than psychology. – Because this programme is designed as a pathway into psychology, you won’t be eligible if your undergraduate degree is already accredited by the British Psychological Society (BPS). However, if you’ve studied some psychology before – or hold a non-accredited psychology degree – you can still apply.
