This programme equips students to lead, design and enhance global supply chains and operational systems in an increasingly dynamic business environment. It begins by strengthening core analytical, strategic and ethical capabilities through modules on supply chain strategy, risk and resilience, sustainability, and financial decision-making, providing a solid foundation for understanding how modern supply chains create value responsibly. The programme then shifts towards the effective execution of operations, exploring how organisations structure, manage and continuously improve their operational processes. This is supported by the development of data analytics skills for informed planning and decision-making, along with practical expertise in project deployment and delivery. A sustained focus on leadership and organisational transformation prepares students to drive strategic and technological change within complex organisations. The degree culminates in a major applied project, enabling students to integrate strategic, operational and analytical learning to address a significant real-world challenge. Overall, the programme offers a coherent route to developing resilient, responsible and future-focused leaders in supply chain and operations management.
