You'll learn how to make judgements on complex commercial issues and discover how advanced research findings apply to real-world scenarios in an international context. Study topics such as financial reporting and regulation, securities and investments, financial markets and institutions, quantitative methods for finance, and accounting information systems. Our master's programmes in accounting are accredited by the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and the — Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA). On successful completion of the MSc Accounting and Finance, you will be exempt from four ACCA applied knowledge and applied skills exams: Business Technology (BT), Management Accounting (MA), Financial Accounting (FA), and Corporate and Business Law (LW). Minimum 2:1 or the equivalent from an Internationally recognised university. Applicants need a degree where they have taken at least two Accounting modules. Those without any Accounting modules but who have a professional Accounting qualification or relevant professional experience may also be considered. IELTS: 6.5 with no component below 6.0 in any sub-skills. IELTS with pre-sessional English: 6.5 with no component below 5.5 in each of the four sub-skills
