Multinational companies must regularly overcome a wide range of legal and governance issues in order to do business worldwide. This course encourages you to explore the legal challenges faced by international business and analyse the fundamental legal framework for dealing with them. You will study areas such as corporate governance, international trade transactions and competition law.

We require a UK bachelor's degree with a First or Upper Second (2.1) classification or the overseas equivalent in Law. Candidates should demonstrate a strong background in Law modules relevant to the course, including Public Law and Contract Law and achieve scores of 2.1 or above in relevant modules.
