This Cross-Cultural Communication and International Management Master's celebrates diversity in cultural contexts. Its focus is on the skills, competencies and knowledge essential in today's global business environment. The International Management pathway is a specialism of the Cross-Cultural Communication MA. It allows you to study international business management and intercultural communication. The course responds to the growing internationalisation of business and management practice. Academic staff from — University Business School (NUBS) staff deliver this specialist pathway. You'll have the opportunity to: - evaluate the global activities of business, governments and multi-national institutions - diagnose and analyse issues confronting managers in international businesses - conduct a marketing audit procedure - operationalise and evaluate a marketing plan - analyse approaches to business strategy in an international context - advise on HRM policy development and strategy within international corporations - prepare, analyse and interpret accounting statements - design, structure, organise and carry out an advanced research project You'll have access to the Business School's excellent facilities. NUBS partners with major corporate and social enterprises and academic institutions. These partnerships open many opportunities for students.
