Getting in

As the university states it

assume that prospective students have completed one or more graduate degrees and have recent experience in educational ministry. Many PhD/EDS participants remain in their places of employment during the program experience. Some participants are in the midst of career transitions. All participants are encouraged to move through the program at their own pace. Coursework can be completed in two years of full-time study, followed by comprehensive exams, research proposal development, and dissertation work.
