As the university states it

if admitted before completion of junior year, or 90 hours if admitted at the beginning of the senior year, does not need to submit letters of recommendation, essays, transcripts, or GRE scores. A GPA of 3.0 or higher is generally expected for admission consideration. Students below this threshold may be reviewed holistically based on academic progression, technical preparation, and related experience.
