The Post-Baccalaureate Certificate in Applied Music (performance, composition, and conducting) is a degree program that provides concentrated study for students with a bachelor’s degree in music. The Certificate program will include 9 units of required coursework and 3 units of electives. Applicants will be screened by the department of music’s audition process for graduate students. Those wishing to later apply for the Master of Music in Performance or Composition may apply up to 12 graduate units from the PBC towards the program with the approval of the MM Program Director.
