To be considered for admission to the Master of Real Estate program, applicants must be qualified graduates of a four-year honour’s undergraduate degree from a recognized university (minimum B- average) or equivalent. Prior work experience relevant to the real estate industry is preferred. This relevance should be demonstrated in applicants’ statement of intent. A resume and two referee assessments are also required upon application.
